My osteopathic approach is shaped by both professional training and personal experience. Having grown up around illness, I became deeply aware of how important it is to feel truly listened to and supported in care. This deeply influenced my commitment to offer attentive, respectful, and individualized treatment.

Osteopathy recognises the body’s natural ability to regulate, adapt, and heal. Inspired by the principles of Dr. Andrew Taylor Still, I view symptoms not as isolated problems, but as signs of imbalance within the whole person, always influenced by their environment and life history.

In practice, I work primarily with the musculoskeletal system, while also considering its close relationship with the nervous system and other bodily structures. Treatment is guided by careful observation and skilled touch, listening to changes in tension, movement, and comfort as they present.

Each session is adapted to the individual, combining subtle techniques with more structural approaches when appropriate. The aim is to support genuine, long-lasting change rather than temporary relief.
