For treatments it’s best to come in loose clothing. Please know that for some of my interventions, you may be asked to be in your underwear to allow me to feel and see your skin and tissues. Please wear something you feel comfortable in. You may also wear a small pair of shorts and tank top on top of your underwear - I want you to feel comfortable at all times.
After the treatment
Osteopathy is a gentle treatment. However, patients often underestimate the effects of a session. Plan for enough resting time in the hours and days following a treatment. You may feel tired and need more rest for up to 3-4 days . The body's real regeneration work only begins after treatment and is vital. I strongly recommend to listen to your body’s needs!
